WHAT IS LULU'S CLOSET?

We are super excited to announce the opening of our very first thrift boutique called Lulu's Closet! ​​

Lulu's Closet operates along with Project Spread a Lil Love as a thrift boutique in Killeen, Texas. The main purpose of the boutique is for domestic abuse survivors to shop for free through a voucher that is given by a local shelter or KPD.

As an abuse survivor herself, Clarissa understands how it can be for survivors to get out of that situation and leave with almost nothing. This way, survivors can shop with a sense of dignity instead of rummaging through bags of donations. 

Funds that are generated through the boutique will be utilized to continue our ongoing community efforts such as feeding the homeless, donating to the local women's shelter and more.

We NEED your clothing donations to make this a success!! 

Please see the flyer for more information on what we'll accept and what we won't. Take note that we are only accepting ADULT clothing items at this time. No furniture or household items, we do not have the space at this time.​

Why the name Lulu?

Lulu is a nickname that was given to Clarissa (Founder of Project Spread a Lil Love) by one of her grandpas when she was younger. Most of her close friends and family know her by this name and now you do too :)
